WHO: ALL STUDENTS LIVING IN THE A-C SCHOOL DISTRICT WHO WILL BE 5 YEARS OLD BY AUGUST 17TH

WHAT: COME REGISTER YOUR CHILD FOR KINDERGARTEN, ENJOY A SNACK & PRIZES!! 

Documents Needed: Parent ID, Proof of Residence (Utility Bill), Child’s Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, Physical Exam (if completed), Custody Documents & Special Education Documents (if applicable)
